Social Functions for receptions and other related activities may be scheduled at official meeting hotels during times that do not conflict with ASHP programs or exhibits. ASHP does not charge a fee to conduct these functions, but organizations may be charged additional fees by the hotel, including but not limited to room rental, food/beverage, audiovisual equipment, and internet service. Requests will be processed and scheduled at hotels on a first-come, first-served basis and will be considered based on hotel availability. A hotel representative will contact you directly to confirm meeting space and coordinate arrangements.
